Order Cancellations & Returns:

Artworks

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed until the product is received and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 48 hours of the delivery date, provided the item is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with a copy of the invoice included.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. International returns and exchanges are currently not offered.

Furniture

Furniture items are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, in the case of bentwood products, exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery only if there are manufacturing defects. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Claims regarding incorrect shipments or billing must be made on the same day of delivery.
