Bahary’s Beach - Ghada El-Nagar

An old and timeless beach that we have known since childhood, passing by it along Alexandria’s Corniche and feeling the joy and lively atmosphere that surrounded it. It is the beach of the Bahary area, where we grew up, breathing in the scent of the sea, running and playing on its soft sands.
Artist Dr. Ghada El Naggar created this painting from her memories of the place and her childhood there, evoking the atmosphere of the beach and the emotions and memories deeply rooted in her visual memory.

Ghada El-Nagar is an Egyptian visual artist. She studied Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, graduating in 2001, and pursued advanced studies in oil painting.
She is a member of the Alexandria Atelier, the Fine Artists Union in Egypt, and the Cultural & Art Association in Jeddah.
She has held solo exhibitions at the Cairo Opera House, Alexandria Atelier, the French Cultural Center, and various galleries in Cairo, Jeddah, and Dammam.
Since 2000, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including “Mokhtarat Arabia,” “Egyptian Talents,” “Ramadaniat,” and the “Raya and Sakena” Exhibition in 2021. She has also held solo exhibitions in 2013, 2016, and 2017, as well as solo exhibitions at the American and French Institutes.
